No. This is a track-record list, not a promise. In Sweden any employer can support a non-EU hire when the role and pay meet Migrationsverket's rules — these companies are simply the ones with a public history, or current ads, that point that way. Always confirm sponsorship with the employer for the specific role.
How is the live ranking calculated?
We read every Swedish tech ad for a sponsorship signal — wording about relocation, visa or work-permit support, or clear evidence of international hiring. The live tier ranks employers by how many of their current ads carry that signal, so it reflects who is hiring internationally right now, not a static list.
Can smaller Swedish companies sponsor work permits too?
Yes. There is no sponsor-license system like in the UK — any employer can support a permit if the role and salary meet Migrationsverket's requirements. Larger companies just do it more often, because they have the routine and the HR machinery.
What if a company I'm interested in isn't listed?
