1. Who operates this service
- Legal name
- [PLACEHOLDER — owner’s full legal name, or registered company name]
- Legal form
- [PLACEHOLDER — e.g. enskild firma / aktiebolag / private individual]
- Postal address
- [PLACEHOLDER — street, postal code, city, country]
- Organisation number

- VAT number
- [PLACEHOLDER — VAT / momsregistreringsnummer — omit this row entirely if not VAT-registered]

These details are published because Swedish e-commerce law (lagen om elektronisk handel 2002:562, § 8) requires an online service to identify itself, and because the GDPR requires a data controller to be identifiable and reachable.
2. What to write to us about
- Your data. Access, a copy of what we hold, correction, deletion, an objection, or a question about anything in the privacy policy. We answer data requests within one month, free of charge.
- A bad lead. A job that was already filled, an ad we read wrongly, a salary figure that looks nonsensical. This is genuinely useful — it is how the matching gets better.
- Emails you did not want. If unsubscribing did not work for some reason, tell us and we will fix it by hand.
- Security. If you have found a vulnerability, please report it to the address above before disclosing it publicly, and give us a reasonable chance to fix it.
For most things you do not need us at all: your manage page — linked at the bottom of every email we send — lets you edit your profile, pause the emails, unsubscribe, or delete everything permanently, without asking anyone.
3. Data protection authority
If you are unhappy with how we handle your personal data, you may complain to the Swedish supervisory authority:
Integritetsskyddsmyndigheten (IMY), Box 8114, 104 20 Stockholm, Sweden · imy@imy.se · +46 8 657 61 00 · imy.se
If you live or work in another EU/EEA country, you can complain to the supervisory authority there instead.
4. Consumer disputes
For a dispute we cannot settle between us, a consumer in Sweden may turn to Allmänna reklamationsnämnden (ARN), Box 174, 101 23 Stockholm, arn.se. Consumers in the EU may also use the European Commission’s online dispute resolution platform. See the terms of service for the rest.
